The Tor Rey PPC-5/10, 10 lb x 0.002 lb NTEP "Legal for Trade" portion control scale with foot pedal tare and remote Display is the superior choice for your portion control weighing! The PPC scale can switch between weighing in pounds and kilograms at the touch of a button and is NTEP Approved and "Legal For Trade". The PPC is also comes standard with a rechargeable battery that provides where there is no AC power or when inevitable power outages occur.

The Torrey PPC has a durable and easy to clean stainless steel housing and platter that is 7 3/4" x 9 7/8" to accomodate most medium sized products. The progressive tare function is button or a hands free foot controlled tare and allows for adding individual ingredient or recipe portions delivering results that are repeatable. The backlit LCD light to see the displayed weight in poorly lit areas.

The Tor Rey PPC-5/10 Indicator has a "telephone type" coiled cable cord providing for remote operation. The PPC is rated as NTEP Approved (CC# 19096) and is Class III rated for commercial weighing application.
